- Communication: Clients consent to receive communications from Fikii via email, phone, or other means regarding services, updates, or promotional offers.
- Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify Fikii against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of Fikii’s services.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
