Roles and Requirements
1. AI-Driven Web Analyst (1–2 years experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze website performance using data-driven insights and AI-assisted tools.
- Manage WordPress pages with dynamic content placement and metadata optimization.
- Implement and audit on-page SEO elements: Meta Titles, Descriptions, Breadcrumbs, H1/H2 hierarchy, Image Alt tags.
- Track page performance and report findings using Google Sheets, Docs, and AI integrations.
- Support AI-enabled automation workflows for routine website updates and testing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient with WordPress fundamentals and sidebar concepts.
- Basic HTML knowledge is essential.
- Experience in coordinating AI-assisted analytics dashboards.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection with consistent availability for daily meetings.
- Full-time; remote with flexible hours; overlap required for collaboration.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools and automation for content and reporting.
Training:
In-house AI + digital marketing training provided for selected candidates.
2. SEO & AI Marketing Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct SEO optimization leveraging AI tools for keyword research and search behavior analysis.
- Monitor and report website and social media KPIs using AI-enhanced dashboards.
- Optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-assisted search engines.
- Design and assist in automated campaign workflows across social media, email, and digital ads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools like ChatGPT, Google AI insights, HubSpot AI.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and AI content performance metrics.
- Able to implement AI-suggested recommendations while ensuring brand voice and strategy alignment.
- Competent in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Sheets, and basic performance reporting.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with flexible hours.
